ROYAL MAIL CHRISTMAS DELIVERY: your purchase must be completed at the very latest by 2.00pm on Friday 20th December 2024. It is recommended to order as early as possible to avoid Christmas delivery delays.
Please note that we are closed until Wednesday 2nd October 2024 whilst we escort our wine tour to Sicily. Orders for gift vouchers with our gift box placed during this time will be mailed from Monday 30th September.
Gift vouchers make a perfect way to deliver the gift of wine knowledge to someone special and sending a wine tasting gift voucher is almost as easy as asking for a glass of wine! The cost includes our beautifully presented printed gift boxes (£4.80) and the £2.70 Royal Mail Tracked 48 fee for delivery (delivery within the UK, excluding Northern Ireland, The Highlands and Islands). This combined cost will be added under the shipping fee on our checkout page.
Gift boxes will be sent out within 2 business days from purchase (we are closed on Mondays). Tracking updates will be sent to the email address and/or mobile number provided by you. You may purchase an additional gift box here if required or choose an additional box when prompted at the checkout if also purchasing printed wine tasting tickets at the same time.
If shopping last minute or you’ve missed the post, we can pre-arrange for collection during our normal opening hours. Please note that boxes will be mailed individually and purchasers should order with plenty of time to cover busy periods or any Royal Mail/Post Office industrial action periods.
As an alternative to a gift voucher you can purchase a specific wine tasting as a gift where eTickets are sent at the time of purchase which can be printed at home or you can purchase a gift box with printed tickets.
Wine tasting monetary gift vouchers are available as £50, £100, £150, £200, £250 or £300 or you can choose your own amount, useful for example, if you’re looking to buy a token monetary voucher or cover several tickets to a Saturday wine school.
To deliver the best combination of service and balanced wine education our intimate events are restricted to a single group size of 4 guests at The Forge Chester. You may wish to consider this when choosing the voucher value to purchase. On board The Lady Diana for our wine tasting river cruises we require a minimum of 2 guests per booking and the maximum single group size is also 4 guests.
Depending on the monetary value of the gift voucher purchased, the recipient may use their voucher to pay for a tasting in full and any balance may be used at another time within the voucher validity period. They may also choose a higher priced event or book an additional guest(s) to join them and use their voucher for part payment.
