We’ve partnered with leading wine tour operator VIP Wine Tours & Events to bring you a travel experience like no other. Whether you choose to join us on our next adventure or prefer a private wine holiday, we also work in partnership with Cheshire based Bond Travel for ABTA and ATOL protection to ensure that we have you fully covered.
Imagine exploring the Champagne region, the Douro Valley in Portugal, the Rioja region in Spain or the rolling hills and exceptional wines of Tuscany as we have done on our most recent tours all in the company of fellow wine and travel enthusiasts. In June 2023 we enjoyed an exciting English vineyards tour featuring The Gusbourne Estate in Kent during English Wine Week. In September 2023 we enjoyed an incredible trip to Tuscany and in October we returned to the Champagne region! The highlight of this tour was a five course gourmet dinner at the Taittinger family’s private Chateau de la Marquetterie which is not open to the public.
In early April 2024 we enjoyed an incredible tour to Bordeaux in France and later in April we’re returned to Rioja. In June we featured another tour of southern England for English Wine Week, for 2024 featuring East Sussex, Surrey and Oxfordshire! In September 2024 our guests enjoyed our escorted tour of Sicily focussing on the Mount Etna wine region and the incredible wines produced here which included a 10 course Michelin star dinner and a guided treck on Mount Etna!

The first of our exciting 2025 wine tours is now available too! Join us Provence in April 2025 and in Austria in September 2025. In 2026 we’ll be heading to Jerez in southern Spain and there’s a special English Wine Week tour showcasing the Taittinger Family’s Domaine Evremond and The Wine Garden of England in June and we’ll return to Portugal for harvest in late September!
Why travel with us? If you’ve joined us at wine school in Cheshire, you’ll know that we believe in providing an intimate and personalised experience for our guests, making each event special, social and memorable.
Our wine tours reflect our standards at home: we offer exceptional value and take you on vineyard visits which are curated exclusively for our guests, most of which are not available to the public. Wine and food pairing experiences are of course standard and we include Michelin star dining where available. Journey with a group of a maximum of 16 guests where you can indulge in delicious wines and scenery and enjoy the best accommodation available in each region. There’s always plenty of free time for guests to enjoy some down time too.
You’ll receive top-notch service from our three tour hosts at all times, prioritising your comfort and needs throughout. We do not sell wine at our events in Cheshire and we have set out our expectations to all that we visit that our guests should enjoy the experience without the pressure to buy on site and that many wines are available in the UK should you wish to buy independently on your return.

Karen and Andy have been working in the travel and hospitality industry for the past 25+ years delivering excellent customer service whilst travelling worldwide. We knew they were a perfect match to work with us and all tours are booked through Lymm based Bond Travel with ABTA and ATOL protection.
Our tours focus on the Old World of Wine which includes most wine producing nations within Europe including England and Wales and our first New World tour will be to the winelands of South Africa: we have several exciting tours to share every year. Wine School of Cheshire will escort each tour in partnership with Karen and Andy of VIP Wine Tours and Events and an entertaining adventure awaits you!
